As mentor and mentee, we are gladly entering into a mentoring relationship from which we expect mutual benefits and investment.
We want this to be a rewarding, rich experience with our time together focused on the professional/personal/academic development of the mentee and the growth of our relationship. With this goal in mind, we have agreed upon the terms and conditions of our relationship as outlined in this agreement.
To initiate mentoring, the Mentor has to provide a proposal based on the coursework
and expertise of the mentee to outline the mentoring session including frequency and
duration in line with mentoring fee.
To get a mentor, the mentee has to do the required course to formulate a proposal
based on the coursework and mentor expertise to outline the mentoring session,
including frequency and duration in line with the mentoring fee.
There will be a rigorous monitoring and evaluation of each mentoring process which has
to be filled by the mentor and mentee to assess the community impact in terms of
cultural empowerment.
All discussions will remain confidential, except where legally required to report issues like misconduct or discrimination.
We have determined that our mentoring relationship will continue as long as we both feel comfortable or until.
We are committed to frequent, open, and honest communication in our relationship. We will discuss and attempt to resolve any conflicts as they arise. If, however, one of us needs to terminate the relationship for any reason, we agree to abide by one another’s decision.
